Owned and managed by BAM Management, these events marked a new era for the property, emphasizing updates to community amenities and a renewed commitment to stellar customer service for its residents.
The ribbon cutting welcomed members of the Waukee Chamber of Commerce and industry partners to commemorate the official rebranding of the property. The ceremony underscored BAM Management’s dedication to providing a quality living experience in Waukee. The celebration continued July 26 with an open house featuring family-friendly activities, including an ice cream truck and bounce house.
