In Q3, The BAM Companies continued to cultivate excellence and growth as we celebrated eight consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking No. 2,340—a reflection of our team’s commitment, the confidence of our investors, and the leadership of Ivan Barratt and Adam Ehret.
We held the fifth annual BAMcon, our all-company conference, where all 200+ team members came together for two days to connect, learn, and grow. Keynote speakers, a Q&A session with our owners, nine breakout sessions, and much more were featured. On the last Friday of every month, our headquarters and property teams host Positive Impact Friday, a dedicated time for celebrating team wins, fostering connection, and sharing a meal.
Our philanthropic efforts continued this quarter with two major initiatives. We partnered with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive, collecting 14 units of blood, potentially saving 42 lives. We also proudly partnered with Firefly Children and Family Alliance’s Back to School Supplies Drive, gathering 244 essential items for students.
BAM Management was nominated for seven prestigious Indiana Apartment Association awards, including Exceptional Corporate Support Team Member, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, Leasing Professional of the Year, Best Floor Plan, Spirit of Giving Award, Best Corporate Social Media, and Best Industry-Related Innovation Award. Of these nominations, we were honored to win both the Exceptional Corporate Support Team Member award and the Best Industry-Related Innovation Award.
