Nearly 200 employees at The BAM Companies came together for our annual BAMCon, our all-company conference focused on connecting, learning, and growing together. Held September 30 and October 1 at the Marriott Indianapolis North, the event brought team members together from across the company, with some traveling from as far away as Rogers, Arkansas, and Kansas City, Missouri.
While the event featured keynote speakers, company presentations, a C-Suite Q&A, and plenty of opportunities to connect, one word best summed up this year’s BAMCon: collaboration.
That theme came through clearly during the breakout sessions, where team members shared ideas, explored new opportunities, gained insights from colleagues, and discussed challenges that impact our business every day. Sessions covered topics ranging from The AI Advantage and Turning Objections into Opportunities to personal finance, communication, wellness, and Voices of Excellence—a breakout session highlighting how award-winning employees at The BAM Companies approach their roles and continue to excel.
BAMCon was another great reminder that every person at The BAM Companies plays an important role in our success. From our Capital Markets and Investor Relations teams supporting investors to our property-level teams securing leases, caring for residents, and keeping our communities running, each team contributes to the bigger picture. Bringing those perspectives together in one place is what makes collaboration across The BAM Companies so valuable.
