Disciplined, focused. I like the culture of the company and everybody that I’ve met that works for the company. Those are probably the three aspects that I like. It’s hard to say not being in the company, but I think what I see projected is again, that culture. I think everybody seems to be very aligned.

You hear talk about the ‘BAM family.’ I think that’s a great thing to project and develop. It’s not just, I don’t think, smoke and mirrors; I think it’s actually the culture. So I like that. That shows that everybody’s on the boat rowing the same way. That takes work. You can really tell when people are aligned in their belief in the company and what they’re doing. It’s pretty apparent with BAM.
