Actually, Ivan came to me back when he first had the idea of starting BAM [Capital] and had some literature put together. It intrigued me, so I trusted him. When the time came where we were able to, I thought that was a good opportunity to look into diversifying our portfolio. With something like this I’m not particularly educated on all the details. So, for me, it’s more of a matter of trust, and I had that with Ivan. That’s why we chose BAM to get involved with.
