In Q4, The BAM Companies closed out 2025 with a continued focus on teamwork, engagement, and shared success. We were proud to once again partner with the Firefly Children and Family Alliance for their Hope for the Holidays campaign. Through the generosity of our corporate and on-site teams, we donated over 1,500 items to help brighten the season for families in the Indianapolis area.
Meanwhile, our team’s dedication was honored as we were recognized by USA TODAY with several Cultural Excellence Awards for Employee Appreciation, Well-Being, and Professional Development, as well as the Real Estate Industry Award for the second year. We also took home three individual awards from the Greater Iowa Apartment Association—an exciting testament to the commitment and talent within our organization.
As the year drew to a close, our teams gathered for BAMsgiving—a tradition of giving thanks and sharing a meal. We wrapped up 2025 by celebrating the year’s achievements at our 15th Annual Christmas Gala and Awards Ceremony, recognizing the hard work of our teams and honoring two 10-year employees, Emilee Meyers and Paul Manawat.
