The BAM Companies’ Q2 Update: Celebrating Our Teams and Staying Connected

The BAMily Reunion

In Q2 2026, The BAM Companies found plenty of opportunities to celebrate our teams, give back to our communities, and just focus on connecting with one another.

The BAMily Reunion

The BAMily Reunion

One of the highlights of the quarter was our annual BAMily Reunion, held May 16 at our Carmel, Indiana, headquarters. Employees from across the company came together with their families for a day of good food, fun games, and just hanging out. It’s one of our favorite traditions because it gives us a chance to celebrate not only our team, but also the families and friends who support them every day.

This year was extra special because our Philippines team hosted its first BAMily Reunion. Seeing our colleagues celebrate together on the other side of the world was a great reminder that no matter where we work, we’re all part of the same BAMily.

The BAM Companies' On-Site Day

On-Site Day

For our annual On-Site Day on May 7, the corporate team stepped away from their computers to work alongside our property and maintenance crews. We spent the day getting our hands dirty—painting, cleaning, prepping pool decks, and sprucing up the properties.

It was a great opportunity to experience firsthand what our on-site teams do every day. It also gave us the chance to spend time with coworkers we don’t always get to see and show our appreciation for the people who work so hard to take care of our residents.

The BAM Companies named a top place to work by USA Today

USA TODAY Top Workplaces

In June, The BAM Companies was recognized as a 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplace, our fourth consecutive year earning this national recognition. In addition to the overall award, we were also honored in several specialty categories. While we’re incredibly proud of the recognition, what makes it most rewarding is seeing the culture our team continues to build together.

Graduation cards for Firefly Children & Family Alliance

Firefly Children & Family Alliance Graduation Cards

We also continued our partnership with Firefly Children & Family Alliance this quarter. Our team signed graduation cards for local students celebrating this important milestone, offering words of encouragement as they head into their next chapter.

It was a small gesture, but an impactful way to support Firefly Children & Family Alliance mission of serving children and families in Indiana.
